Considering RGIII isn't even playing, yes.

kind of hard to argue against rams winning the trade.

The players: Michael Brockers (1st round pick, 2012), Janoris Jenkins (2nd round pick, 2012), Alec Ogletree (1st round pick, 2013), Stedman Bailey (3rd round pick, 2013), Zack Stacy (5th round pick, 2013), and Greg Robinson (1st round pick, 2014).

But sooner or later they have to do something with those draft picks and make the playoffs at some point.

But how much better could the Redskins be if they had not made the trade? The Redskins are simply the beneficiary of an extremely weak East this season.

I think both teams lost the trade if you ask me. The Skins still made the smart play even though it didn't work out. You have to do everything you can to get a franchise QB to win in the NFL. They tried and it failed. The Rams haven't tried and will be 7-9 forever even with all those draft picks.

To make this worse, you really believe the Redskins won the trade.

Like..you REALLY believe it

They lost the trade because they drafted players like these who arent allowing them to be shitty enough to get a qb. That trade has put them at (6-10) - (8-8) land for years to come.

Yes, the Rams still won the trade. Just like the Browns trade raped the Colts. What happens after the trade doesn't change those facts

Obviously that trade has nothing to do with the Redskins' success. That's like saying the Saints won the Ricky Williams trade with the Redskins because they won a Super Bowl 10 years later.

NFC East in the 2000s:

Giants: 2 Super Bowl victories--1 as a 5 seed, 1 as a 4 seed
Eagles: 1 Super Bowl appearance during the Reid/McNabb era
Redskins: Have been mostly garbage since Joe Gibbs left--the FIRST time
Cowboys: 2 playoff wins in 19 seasons

NFC West in the 2000s:

Seahawks: 3 Super Bowls, 1 win, should have been 2
Cardinals: 1 Super Bowl, almost won it
49ers: 1 Super Bowl loss, wasted opportunities with Harbaugh
Rams: 1 Super Bowl loss, mostly garbage since Vermeil/Martz

It was him or Shanahan, and they chose him and got Gruden. So there's that.

If the Rams were in the NFC East this year they'd probably be 10-5 and in the playoffs. I'm saying this and I like the Redskins. The Skins could possibly be something like 11-4 right now if they had all those players and the Rams had RGIII.

Possibly, but I doubt it. The Rams lost by 14 points to the Redskins already this season.
