I live in Lexington. This city is filled with them. No connections to Pittsburgh, just started liking them because the Bengals sucked. Bunch of young punks acting cool. Now you want to talk about history. So yeah, since the early 90's Steeler fans have been rubbing it in Bengals fans faces. So don't excuse me for giving a big frick YOU to you and all your Steeler friends. See you at BW's

I live in Lexington, and Lord knows it's filled with a shitload of Bengals bandwagoners as well. Not until this year, and last had I ever seen people wearing Bengals gear, or giving two shits about the Bengals. But now it's everywhere. It's cool that's how sports are in most places.

And you can gives us a big frick YOU. I'll take you serious when you experience a Super Bowl. Enjoy your 15 minutes of fame.

This is hilarious coming from a Bengals fan. I'm sure you're the prototypical type though. Only start wearing that Bengals shite in the last quarter of the season when you're in the playoff race, but always talk about the Reds during any fall when the Bengals suck dick.

Quite the opposite. My dad influenced me into a Bengals fan and it's been hell. Haven't forgiven him for it. But I'll rock the gear when I need to. The party at his house today was better than yours......and thats a fact Jack.

As a team I don't mind the Bengals. They were the better team today and deserved to win.

It's the fans that I absolutely cannot stand. Seriously you're acting like an IU/UofL fan right now. It's embarrassing.

A rapist with more rings than an entire franchise. Sucks to be relevant once every 10 years only to bounce out of the playoffs in one game.

I fricking hate the Steelers, and mainly it's because they are usually fricking good while the Bengals usually suck dicks.

Pisses me off.

You ever go to a bar and watch? It's 75 percent Steelers. Everywhere. We can't even get a break living an hour from Cincy.

I have experienced a Super Bowl. It may have been before you were born. You may have even seen highlights. Arguably the best QB ever led his superstar team on a game winning drive in the final minutes. He threw a ball right to one of our DBs and he dropped it. Then Montana to Taylor, dreams crushed. So the first time we go to back to back playoffs since I was 1 and 2......I'll give a big frick YOU whenever I want........drops football like Mike Wallace and exits stage.

The main reason is because the Cincy games are on locally in Lex, so of course Steeler fans have to go somewhere else to watch it.

And of course you have experienced a super bowl. I was talking about winning a super bowl. Sorry I should have clarified that.

This x2000000000000000000

We get our brains beat in for 20 years and now they want to piss on our party. bullshite on that. I have no hopes for making a playoff run, but we are young and moving in the right direction.

I may not be able to handle it emotionally. It would be a weight lifted right off my shoulders. Maybe one of these days. The good news is we have the Reds to look forward to as well. You a Pirates fan as well?

Ask anyone in Ohio brah. 85% of Bengals fans are a fricking joke. I at least respect Browns fans because they are visibly with their team through the most depressing of times. Bengals fans are entirely different animal. A winning season comes around and it's like a fricking army of Bengals fans magically dropped from the sky. I know around 40 or so "Bengals fans" and only 3 of them acted like they gave a shite year in and year out.

Nah, I was earlier. I have a lot of friends that are Steeler fans. I've been hearing shite talking all week and pretty much 10 past years with them. They won't respond and I'm gonna get this shite off my chest right now. WHO F'ing DEY

Well, I fall in that group of 3. It's just like UK football. I'm there, I cheer, I hope. It's hard to talk shite and act like you care when your owner has hired his daughter to run the team and still the only professional sports team in America without a GM. That's hard to stick with.

I am not a Pirates fan. In fact I am not from Pittsburgh at all. I grew up in SC as a kid. However I do live in Lex now (have for sometime) and am a junior at UK.

The reason I'm a Steelers fan is because growing up my Dad was a Cowboy fan, and I absolutely hated the Cowboys, and in SC (when I started watching the NFL) the majority of games on were either Steelers or Cowboys. Therefore I chose Pittsburgh. And the meeting in the Super Bowl in '95 furthered that hatred.

Before you call me a bandwagoner though. I make it up to Heinz Field every year, and went out to Dallas last week for our clusterfrick of a loss to the Cowboys. The Steelers could go 0-16 and I'd still love 'em.

I'm also a die-hard UK football fan. More than UK basketball. I went to every game this year. The Steelers (aside from Cats basketball) are the only good team that I root for.

EDIT: I like the Bengals as a team. Great young nucleus and I wish y'all the best of luck. It's the fans that get me.

I never called you bandwagon, but next time you go watch a game ask your fellow fans. Typical response:No connection, never lived there, they were good so I got on. I've had civil conversations with "true" Steelers fans but the bandwagoners want to get in your face. You did better by not being a Cowboys fan, they are more evil. I hate them too, but they aren't around as much and the Bengals don't play them often.
