Horrible decision, revenue is going to decrease for the Raiders as well as Chargers

Will the A's be able to tear down Mount Davis and have a nicer baseball only park?

That first Super Bowl in Vegas will be an epic event. I love the move and will make the trip every time the saints play there.

Not sure about other people, but I rather sit in a vegas sportsbook and watch multigames simultaneously all day as oppose to going to a game.

Hopefully its one step closer to destroying that dump known as O.Co Coliseum.

It's a shame a great historical franchise like the A's have to play there. A's deserve a new stadium. Personally I think the A's should leave California all together for greener pastures. California is already saturated with baseball teams, and the Bay Area already has a team. Move to a place where you will rule the roost.

They should build a sportbook in the stadium

I agree

When I was in Las Vegas a few months ago the local radio talk show hosts(not sports talk hosts, but local political talk hosts) were discussing this as it was a hot topic at the time. They all seemed to oppose bringing in an NFL team, especially if taxpayers would be on the hook.

I absolutely would also, but there's only 8 games a year, so I don't think the raiders will have trouble filling the stadium. Vegas locals, Oakland fans, LA fans, opposing teams fans and random tourists interested in a football game will be enough to sell out 8 games.

The raiders are the perfect team to make this work.

Probably for the Chargers, we'll see for the Raiders, a lot of big money affiliated with Vegas.

Perhaps the Chargers are setting the stage for their next move, maybe to San Antonio, they've coveted an NFL team for a while.

The NFL had to study Las Vegas in a vacuum, as if Los Angeles did not even exist. Any impact on the Raiders can only be positive. You have to study a market and see if the market can sustain itself. This will be fine.

Why are you trying to drive up the cost of stadiums even more?

It's not like it will be very often anyway, and aren't we just finishing our rotation with AFC west?

The Saints will be playing in the new stadium in 2020 based on the rotation system.

Raiders chasing the eternal dragon.

With the Chargers basically in exile, the Rams desperation and the totally crappy product on the field...it really feels like the NFL's halcyon days are forever over...the long slow kiss goodbye has already begun.
