Because Goodell will ask they take the game off the boards. Its up to the casinos if they do it but I imagine the NFL has alot of say so also. In Wembley they take the game off the casino inside the stadium for an NFL event , but you can gamble on it right around the corner.
The laws are about to change regarding sports betting. Congress is already in the works. If you are able to bet on the Raiders in Vegas during a game, no reason you cant go to any casino and bet on a game.
