During the 5 year stretch of 2005-2009, Tiger Woods played in 75 PGA tournaments and won 31 of them. That's over a 41% winning percentage.

The Chiefs wide receivers have not scored a TD this entire year. I don't know how that's even possible in this day and age of NFL football.

Greg Maddux faced 20,421 batters during his career and only 310 saw a 3-0 count. 177 of those were intentional walks

In 1997 maddux won 19 games and had 20 walks that were unintentional. That's my favorite maddux stat

Come on now. That winning percentage would be good for a 5 seed in the East most years.

That's what I was coming to post.

Gwynn played in 2,440 games. He had 45 4 hit games and only 34 multi strikeout games. 33 of those were 2 Ks and one game in his career he struck out 3 times.
Faced Greg Maddux 107 times....0 strikeouts, hit .415.
And maybe the best, Gwynn hit .302 on 2 strike counts which is the best ever. It's only a stat that's been around for the last 25 years, but second place on the list is Wade Boggs.... At .260

Don't try to bring logic into a discussion with peej. It will only end in disappointment.

That number by Henderson will never be broken.

I bet it will. Its something that causes huge gaps because a guys success rate being a little bit better justifies getting factors of more attempts. If a guy with Trindon Holiday speed could have any success in MLB, he would break it.
