Earl Morrall

Actually, Earl Morrall has three SB rings. Granted he was a backup QB for those games, but he was also supposed to be the backup in the '68 season until Unitas got hurt.

Morrall filled in for Bob Gresie during the perfect '72 season and helped keep the win streak going.

Nah just trolling the Cowboys fans....

Mother-in-law is a die hard Steelers fan, flies up to games in Pittsburgh every year. So talking shite on her behalf.

I'll confess this because the statute of limitations has passed, but, I recognize Terry Bradshaw's trophy well. About 30 years ago, my friend's Dad shared an office with him and we were at his office after hours (about 7pm or so). His Dad wasn't paying attention to us- we were told to play and leave him alone.

We wandered into Bradshaw's office and saw one of his Lombardi Trophies, just sitting there. We picked it up and started playing hot potato with it, when my friend's Dad heard us making noise. He saw what happened and my friend got grounded and we went home shortly thereafter.

God damn, we were idiotic kids.

This thread deserves a bump. We should honor champions that play well in the biggest game.

Which QB?

Stabler, Plunkett?

Back then guys won, walked off and had a beer. None of this kid celebrations. They took winning as their job.

So you can't find Stabler with the trophy or Plunkett.

Cam lost his locker room on Sunday night. You can't respect a guy who boasts all year with sayings like "if you don't want me to dance then beat me", to completely fall apart when the game is on the line and then not be able to man up to the pressure afterwards.

Face it Camther fans, in the biggest moment of his career, with game on the line and well within in reach, Cam flinched.

They didn't start presenting it on the field until SB30.
