Can't fix vision.

Has talent, just no modern demand for what he can do.

Bama fans will take this as a slight, but it really is a compliment:
If Bama can make Richardson look as good as he did, I would never trust drafting a Bama rb Some are legit players(like Ingram), but with their talent disparity at nearly every position, it makes it impossible to truly evaluate their running backs

Why did you skip Lacy for Ingram?

I don't think there has ever been much demand for running straight into defenders...

He's been on the shelf since he signed.

REPORT: While cleaning out his Ravens locker, it took Trent Richardson 17 attempts to carry his stuff 25 yards to the parking lot

There are basically 4 Saban Alabama RBs that have made it to the NFL. Ingram (solid career), Trent (bust), Lacy (solid career so far, to be determined if the first two years (good) or last year (significant step back) are the true tale) and Yeldon (decent start in his rookie season). Last two guys were second round picks. Basically 1 out of 4 that was a total mis-evaluation so far. That's really not that bad, at least not as bad as perceived on this site.
Henry will be added as another second round pick this year so we will have another reference point soon.

i would assume he is canada bound at this point, right? surely no more nfl teams are going to give him a shot.

Knew it wouldn't last. Good luck to him, but I think that was his last chance.
Cleveland, Indy, Oakland and now Baltimore have given up on him.

Lacy, in 3 seasons, has...
3075 rushing yards, 4.3 ypc, 23 TDs
872 receiving yards, 6 TDs
That's 3947 yards from scrimmage with 29 TDs, even with his poor season last year. If he returns to close to normal production, he'll cement himself as one of the best RBs in the game right now. Dude is really good.

Eddie Lacy is a badass when he has his weight in check.
