Ask him what they really think if the Big 12 and Pac 12...how much does possible TV viewership go into their final rankings. After all this IS a TV show in actuality.

It just seems like when this began the idea was to put the "4 best teams in the playoff." It doesn't seem like this is the case, they are simply taking the top four teams, and possibly being influenced by what the other polls say a day early. They are giving to much weight to conference champions, when conferences are not equal in strength.
I would think Ohio St. last year with all of the NFL talent, and they dismantled ND with all of their NFL talent, should have been in. The whole they didn't win their conference argument is not valid. Bama in '12 case in point.
Year 1 was chalk, Year 2 has some debate, Year 3 will most certainly have some upset people.
This system is no better than the BCS before it, now we just get more people who can bitch.

They lost to Michigan State, at home, head to head.
They absolutely shouldn't have been in over MSU. They beat 1 ranked team (Michigan). MSU beat 2 top 5 teams, won their conference, beat OSU head to head on the road, along with defeating Oregon and Michigan
There is no logical argument for having OSU over Michigan and their resume doesn't stack up to OU's either.
