As do I. He fricked her in the arse. The only question that remains is whether or not she wanted it. The only two people who know that for certain are her and Kobe. All the other circumstantial stuff is useless. If she fricked someone else the night before or five minute prior to her encounter with Bryant, that's irrelevant.
Bringing up her sexual history and other things is a classic example of blaming the victim, which is why more women don't come forward when they are raped.
