Thankfully game 3 isn't for a few days. Hopefully it is long enough that it won't be an issue.

I went back and watched that play at the end and at first I thought Stephenson flopped because it didn't look like Wade checked him too hard but then I saw he somehow hurt his knee for real and now seeing Wade kneed him that makes sense.
I'm sure he'll be alright for game 3.
As for George: Probably blood rushed to the head too soon. I've blacked out before not fun.

Hopeully he will be alright. He played as good as you can against LBJ on D tonight. For 3 and a half quarters at least.

He hit that big 3 right before the collision. He only had 1 made free throw after the collision
His last made FG was at 7:18

Yea, he simply just "fell down". He didnt exaggerate any of that at all, especially when he dove under the seats .... 
Not to mention he laid on the court for a while to make sure everyone saw it was a foul
