Not sure I'd call it mentally weak, but they are soft. They're a team that relies on LeBron getting to the line a lot and hitting outside shots. The Pacers play very good, physical defense. They're gonna chase the Heat off the 3-point line and make them go in the paint. And they have a huge, physical dude down low.
The Heat are a finesse team that doesn't want to deal with that shite.
