I don't think it's as much that they are mad at him being a sports fan (GWB was a great baseball guy), it's just that he fails at it constantly.... oh and they shitty shape that the country is in, but that's neither here nor there.

People who get upset over those things (the same people who say "he should be running the country, not watching sports!!!") typically have irrational, overly-emotional political opinions and therefore their political comments should be ignored (or left for the poliboard).

Agree completely, but unfortunately this describes a shite ton of people on TD, which is why I never even look at the poliboard.
