Then how is that not discrimination of some kind? Or equal treatment under the law or something.

For all this "equality" bullshite feminists keep spewing, why is this any different?

Start a fight with a man or woman? Be prepared to finish it. It's that simple.

Keep your damn hands to yourself.

So if a woman slaps you, it's cool to knock her lights out? That's so pathetic some of you think that.

i dont know how i feel about this. i hate the inequity but im also not sure a slap deserves a punch. if she had been swinging on him then i would have zero problem with it. i know that.

a slap from a woman does not deserve a punch from a male in response, especially from a super human male

men and women are not physically equal. feminists who promote the ideal of physical equality are science-rejecting crazies. i do believe there are times where punching a woman is completely justified, but a single slap is not enough imho

Not just knock her lights out….break her fricking jaw. Doesn't surprise me in the least that some think she deserved to get her face smashed because she slapped him. But if that's their daughter, their position on the issue reverses 180 degrees.

I never said that.

She should be charged with hitting him, just as he was essentially charged for hitting her.

Mine doesn't change at all. The law is the law. If you hit someone, that is a crime. (Ignoring self-defense and all that jazz)

And women need to recognize this FACT! It's still assault under the law regardless of how you look at the situation. She should have let him walk away.

That's pretty disappointing to know that if your daughter slaps a guy you think it ok for the dude to break her face to pieces.

While I agree that she "broke the law" for laying her hands on him, in no way shape or form did she deserve what he did to her.

She deserves to be charged with assault. That's what he's saying.

There's a difference between moral and legal behavior. Would I have punched her? No.

But I 100% agree that if women want to be truly treated the same under the law, then if she is the primary aggressor she should face the same criminal consequences as a man. Either that, or be prepared to get KTFO by someone bigger and stronger.
