Let's make a list of all the black people who pissed me off this week and talk about how much we hate them, because that's not profiling at all.

Perhaps he should use his grand platform to do some actual good in that shite hole of a city he lives in, and tell them to stop fricking shoot each other, looting every other week, and promoting such racist hate. Black lives matter right?

Well if he's so courageous, maybe he should sit during the anthem and reap what consequences may befall him.

No offense but this is moving the goalposts and changing the argument.

So many people keep bringing up how much money they make and you don't feel sorry for them.

Are they asking you to?

Because whatever you feel about protests, the athletes aren't doing it for themselves.

They're doing it to shed light on others who don't have a national platform but have real problems.

Police killings are minuscule compared to the black on black violence that plagues inner cities. Let alone the horrible rates of failure of public schools in black areas, rampant poverty, single mother households, etc. This issue is used to keep the victim tag alive and to deflect blame from inner city politicians and leaders.

The only reason there are fewer black MLB players today is many black children would rather play other sports.

The Latin and Asian influence continues to grow. Without looking I would guess the number of white and latino players in baseball are pretty similar.

ETA: I see someone gave numbers indicating a majority of MLB baseball players are white - I stand corrected.

I make fun of stupid comments that are obviously wrong and so far off base that a reply to that person wouldn't help in the least. Yea, I do that a lot.

What you said had nothing to do with what he said. And I'm not really seeing anything crazy in NIH's post. Tell us why he's wrong

It doesn't help that little league has gotten super expensive. Don't need cash to play 7 on 7 or pick up basketball

I love how all the black Dominicans and Latin players don't actually "count" in the minds of black American players and media. The sport of baseball is as much a "white man's game" as soccer is.

I'm thinking Mr Jones is probably a racist because he sees a sport with lots of different color people and whites still make a huge chunk of the top players...it doesn't fit world view that blacks should be the best in every sport.
