Assuming Clemson wins the ACC Championship game, Who goes to the Orange Bowl?

Louisville wooped our arse when we played ;however, they are stumbling down the stretch. You have two outcomes

The CFP committee drops Louisville 1 spot for losing to Kentucky and pretend the Kentucky loss didn't happen.

or

The CFP committee moves FSU past Louisville despite getting throttled 63-20 earlier in the season.

It seems awkward either way. What does the Committee value more? Body of work, eye test, strength of schedule, head to head, computer rankings... ? I honestly can't tell

I don't mind either outcome.

On a related note, is USC going to the Rose bowl if Colorado loses?

same is lined up with sec and sugar bowl.

you have UF losing 2 straight, auburn losing 2/3 and their last 2 sec games and possibly without a qb. You have LSU lost to both head to head but won its last game and is close.

FWIW I think FSU goes orange bowl, Auburn sugar

FSU goes to the Orange Bowl as the next highest rated in the ACC.

I'd put FSU in because of the way Louisville finished the season.

yeah I think we'll beat PSU but I don't see Washington or Clemson losing. Especially Washington, I think they'll win by 17+

Louisville could have beaten FSU by 70 if they wanted to.

I know it's one game, but that's hard to ignore.

A few weeks ago when Clemson lost to Pitt, the Committee flat out said they kept Clemson one spot ahead of us in the rankings because of the head to head result. So we'll see if they stick by that tonight. I doubt it though. I am sure the powers at be demand a FSU-MICHIGAN Orange Bowl.

Honestly we don't deserve it. We blew it

Yes, however the selection for the Orange Bowl is based on the CFP Rankings

I think this is what ends up happening.

Plus, I could see Louisville being passed over for the Orange because Bobby Petrino is pretty universally hated in college football. He went 8-4 in his lone season at Western Kentucky and they still got passed over for an bowl.

Still, I could see them picking Louisville if for no other reason than the ratings that come along with Lamar Jackson, especially given that he'll likely be the Heisman winner.
