And just think, some dumb Iowa fans got fleeced in that deal.

I will never give a penny of my money to NIL. I would rather my team go winless every year than give some entitled punk a single cent. No thank you.

I've already predicted the next step will be transferring to an undefeated team as soon as your team drops a game. It'll be like a fantasy league where the commissioner never locks trades so some dick has his friends trade him all the good players once they're out of playoffs

I disagree, the academic calender and enrollment policies will prevent that from happening. You cant just transfer into a college mid semester like you can in high school. Admissions, enrollment, academic standards are part of the University accredidation which is bigger than their athletic department.

The NCAA already prevents athletes from transferring in to a university playing a season that has already started. Such as enrolling at a school for the Spring semester and playing in a Bowl Game or the NCAA Basketball Tournament.

Did people forget the state of Texas wouldn't allow Quinn Ewers to collect NIL his senior year of HS so he sat out his senior year, committed to tOSU and once he got the money (a million) transferred to Texas.

Guardrails need to be put in place on both. NCAA per usual slow to react when everyone saw it coming a mile away.

Can y’all figure it out already?

Is Alabama done?
Can DeBoer recruit or not?
Is Alabama a shite destination?
Were top players only going to Alabama for Saban?

How is Alabama’s roster looking?

They’re no different than LIV fans.

Not huge fans of the sport and just want chaos to keep them entertained for 15 minutes. They don’t care even slightly if it fricks the sport.

remember thinking it was pretty cool that he went back home to Iowa.

There were rumors he transferred because of his GF. Now there’s rumors they broke up so he’s back at Bama

Wouldn't be surprised if the Iowa Department of Revenue takes a real hard look at him and his family this year.

Iowa coaches and staff have specifically stated he didn't take money. Exactly how much of zero is taxable?

I'm guessing his parents are still Iowa residents, which would make them subject to any Iowa taxation rules, unless they moved to Alabama. Depending on residency rules and if he has updated all his documentation to be an Alabama resident, Kayden would still be as well, but I'm sure you knew all that.
