I'll take 600 yards of offense and 49 points next week.

IU is going to give some Big Ten teams trouble

They'll give Purdue, Maryland and Rutgers trouble but they won't scare anyone with a pulse. They don't have the offensive line to keep decent teams out of the backfield

They've had five in the second.

How lucky was Tom Allen that he got to drive around with Laura Rutledge

You SEC fans that talk about depth, this is it.

OSU out depthed a better schemed team.

Our DB aside for #12 Denzel Ward were outmatched. We set up a tent in their backfield and out matched them in the end.

Decent start, work to be done.

I'm good with the first game. You aren't expected to be as good the first game as you will be at the end of the year.

I assume Schiano started giving a bit of safety help to the corners in the 2nd half. IU has a good QB with a strong arm and a couple of stud WRs (I knew that before the game). OSU will be fine and Barrett will be too

I doubt IU will be as good as they have been the last couple of years.

Kosmo pretty impressive 2nd half, I knew what was coming as well as you did. Hopefully the Hoosiers can do something and win 6 games this season.

They have the games below as winnables, but expect them to blow one of them. Michigan, MSU, and Penn St all in a row so there is 3 losses and Wisconsin before Maryland so that is another. They really have no room for error now.

UVa
FIU
Ga Southern
Maryland
Illinois
Rutgers
Purdue

Indiana needs to figure out a way to get some running game going. May have been they liked the outside matchups against OSU (and executed great), but they need to create something going forward. We will see in the next couple weeks if that is because OSU's DL is that good or because Indiana really doesn't have a run game

Running game will be fine, it always is. Last night was due to the quality of the DL. People forget that they run it realy well, Wilson would just get into Leach like stupidity levels last 3 years and not use the RB. Inexcusable when you have the best RB in the B1G (Coleman) 2 years ago and had Howard last year. They also had Devine Redding who is with the Chiefs I believe.

Well everyone was all over Gordon that year. But I would have wanted Coleman when he went for 1800 with Wilson not giving him the ball as much and Zander Diamont as your QB, that is impressive. If Sudfeld had not been hurt they would have been very very good on offense instead of just good.

That IU Offense was loaded, Scales, Paige, Coleman, Sudfeld, 2 All American OL, Cobb.

Then there is the Defense that made all IU want to puke.
