If he can hit pitchers changing speeds stuff and sliders, he's doing serious things.

There's a hell of a lot of potential MLB players with the tools, but can't hit a breaking ball to save their lives

They might be a little low on their 35 rating.

He simply looks stiff at the plate. I can see how his rating would be lower than his true effectiveness
