I thought that was one of the best Hard Knocks episodes theyve ever aired. I work at the hotel that the show is filmed at so I know all the playes and camera guys and this morning they all thought it was great.
Usually on Hard Knocks you see rookies and players not a lot of people know get cut, I feel like this was the first time a star that everyone knows was kicked off. Plus you saw him sort of beg for his job back, hard to watch but great television.

Man that shite was uncomfortable but it was great to watch. Gotta agree that it's up there in episodes they've shown.

Philbin really does have the personality of a cardboard box. You're around grown men. They're going to act like grown men. Especially in the locker room, practice, and meetings. Get over it already. And you wonder why your players are reluctant to come to you?

To be fair, I've done the same since I've seen it stain/eat through AstroTurf if left there.
