Just got back from Thailand (but for work )..so I only got to watch Ireland live.

Was impressed with the defense, so the question is will the 23 points difference matter or not.

Was impressed by what Lancaster and the boys did in Cardiff. Wales will improve during the tournament, but something is just missing there now.

I have not been able to watch any of the Scotland-France game.

Looking forward to the France-Ireland match this weekend.

Yeah I was prepared to blame the loss on the red kits had we lost. Turns out I was right to be worried about Scotland. They were in game form that's for sure.

They are gonna knock somebody out of contention in this tournament, watch.

Italy vs Ireland. What can I say? Not only does Italy have no creativity on offense, they have no offense. Just ugly ball from the Italians. I'll be surprised if they win a single game.

The pitch didn't help. Made me really appreciate the Liberty's grounds-crew.

It's called the front row and a Plan B.

Been avoiding this thread as I get caught up.
Was able to watch England/Wales "live" Friday night when it was shown in America. Was frustrating watching Wales.

Just finished watching the Scotland/France game last night. Really good game. Felt Scotland was slow to the breakdown a few crucial times and they picked the absolute worst time to start losing their own lineouts.

I think the Wales Scotland will be an interesting matchup.
They're both in a 'must win' situation.

Not expecting to win on the road in Dublin. And since we couldn't even score a try at home against Scotland I'm think this game could get ugly, as in lopsided win for the Irish.

SPOILERS

YOU VOTED 'NO', WE KNOW YOU VOTED 'NO'

frick you Stuart Hogg, stupid hun bastard

Richard Hibbard needs to be dropped. Really, really, really needs to be dropped. Useless at the lineout, useless at the scrum, useless with passing.

Liam Williams took his opportunity well. Sad he didn't get the try he deserved.

Finn Russell was as awful today as he was great against France.

The Biggar to Halfpenny kicks are a thing of beauty.

Biggar at the end

Ref sucked.

The Ireland-England match is going to decide this tournament. Wales choked last week and have massive issues in the front row, Italy sucks, Scotland's out, and France is a year or so away (will be interesting to see how they replace Bastareaud).

Ireland is not hitting on all cylinders but defense is suffocating right now...

Can Ireland step up its game in Dublin against England? Or is this the typical England in a RWC year?

That injury to Brown for England is tough. Will Heaslip be healthy for Ireland?

Looking forward to my annual six nations trip to Dublin..will be at Slatterys per usual pregame

Sure everyone has seen the games by now but *spoilers* anyway

Italy hung with England for the first quarter but then the game ended like how we all expected.

France played like shite in all phases of the game and undisciplined with Pape taking cheap shots with his knee. Still they started to come alive with the front row changes in the last ten or so minutes of the game and if Lopez hadn't missed a couple of shots at goal France may have even had a chance.

Still total domination by Ireland though and they look like the favorites so far, sorry England.

Wales at Scotland. It was actually a pretty entertaining game Scotland showed just how far they've come and at the same time how much further away they still are. Wales, like France still mathematically alive I believe.

Ireland has shown great defense.

The injury to Brown really slowed down the Italy momentum in that game...the game would probably have ended the same way, but they were rolling.

The team I cannot seem to figure out is Scotland...I cannot tell if they have improved, or France and Wales are crap...

They've definitely improved, but Wales and France both suffered thanks to issues in the front row.

Ok finally saw all 3 games this week after getting my Plex account set up. ( it's fantastic! )

I told y'all to keep an eye on Ireland. They're looking pretty good.

And does anybody know what happen to the guy for Scotland that was doing so good during the end of the year tour?
Can't remover his (last) name I think it started with an S, but he had a few great runs?
But don't see/hear about him now?

Any whooo....

:>SPOILERS<:

A bye weekend coming up, but here's the matches for the next round (3rd)

How bad does Wales need to win?
And how big is the Ireland - England match?!?

Both those should be top notch.

As bad as France needs the win both teams have one loss. France is at home so I like or odds better.

Probably be the decider for the tournament. Should definitely be a fun weekend of six nations rugby ahead!

Looks like Pascal Pape got a 10 week ban for the knee to the back of Jamie Heaslip.
