Non BCS Schools with the best fan base

Which non-BCS schools have the best fan base?
Besides the obvious answers of BYU, Boise, and ND (if you consider them non-BCS), which small school has a pretty good fan turnout?
Marshall used to be pretty big on fan support when they were winning before the jump to CUSA.

I know Utah St (I think it is) has some ridiculous fans in basketball. Theres some vids on youtubes of the chants they do and its pretty incredible.

Hawaii has a good fanbase and a lot of them travel to Ruston when they play us. UTEP travels surprisingly well and has decent home crowds too.
