what does any of that have to do with Harden posting the biggest choke I've ever seen, while doing it in typical, soft arse Harden fashion? He's a coward, can't handle the big moment.

Are Rockets fans this insecure about a back up PG... I mean really, he isn't going to change the team and should add to the second team. Obviously he is good with young players and one of Cousins best friends in the NBA.

He doesn't "move the needle" but he's way better than Tim fricking Frazier. Cheap deal, he does have high bball IQ. Does it make them a contender? Absolutely not. But it doesn't make then worse. It all depends on Davis/Cousins anyway

Yeah the fact that some ppl who claim to be students of the game who think this is the difference between a 7 seed and missing the playoffs is ridiculous.

He's thinking about Malone I don't know what his record was but Boogie loved him and was pissed when he was fired. The point is George Karl was the only coach Boogie had major issues with and Karl has a history of butting heads with players, much more so than Boogies had with coaches.

Yeah all this talk about him being a cancer has been blown out of proportion.
Multiple players have a huge amount of respect for him. He's a student of the game. He respects coaches we have. Thebirdwrites.com had a great article on all of this. Sold me on Rondo. I'm ready for this team to start winning games

just because they are all buddies and want to play together doesn't mean itll work out. All 3 are ball dominant player that don't know how to win big games. I know I'm going against conventional wisdom, but y'all could be worse this season than last Boom. You've got to admit this Melo move could back fire.
As for the Rondo deal, no one thinks this is a championship move. Our goal this year is to get into the playoffs, create excitement, and show the league this team has a bright future. And while Rondo isn't a major cog, I think his signing is going to be a positive.
If we can lock in Boogie next summer, shed some bad contracts, and play well enough this year to attract some solid role players (one of the bigger reasons Rondo can help), I think you will start to see the Pelicans hanging out with the big boys in the West. They have some major pieces set up, but they still have a long way to go.

Anyone listen to the mannix pod today? Both he and the great Howard beck give the pels basically no shot at the playoffs. Hard for me to disagree it's gonna be very very good tough.
