Actually if he does not rule for the NFL then every arbitration case in America would be overturned and people would flood the system.

The NFL has this won, they tried to give Brady a way out, the judge has tried multiple times and he did not want to do so.

LOL, this has to be parody, right? Most likely the judge was trying to give the NFL an out so this stupid case wouldn't flood the courts after he overturned it.

I'm for Brady on this, but what I do find interesting about this case is that Goodell and the NFL seem prepared and quite willing to testify in a court of law. With Bountygate, they were doing everything they could to avoid putting Goodell on the stand in a real courtroom. Brees even said that the whole Tags appointment was just a "set up" by the NFL for that very reason, Tags vacated the punishments so the case wouldn't end up in a courtroom to further expose and embarrass the NFL/Goodell.

Maybe the NFL will settle at the last minute; if not, I think the NFL believes they have a strong case.

Both sides basically have to let the judge rule on it because the NFLPA is taking the position that it's an equipment violation case and the NFL is taking the position that it's a conduct detrimental to the integrity of the game case. So there is no middle ground.

Berman doesn't want to open the can of worms. 4 games is happening. The only question is whether Brady can get an injunction.

That was Berman talking directly to Nash.

I mean you might be right, but the court did this same thing for the same reasons in favor of the NFLPA in Hardy and Peterson. They would not allow Goodell to retroactively apply penalties under a new set of rules that were not in place. It's a due process issue.
