I went Wednesday last year, it's tough getting a good viewing spot for the par 3.
Not to mention they don't sell beer in that area either

I got 2 for Tuesday yesterday! Last time was for Monday & Tuesday in 2007! I need to bring the good camera for this.

I've been a few times to the tournament, but never to the practice rounds. Worst part about the trip is finding a place to stay.

If you're content with not staying in Augusta it's fairly easy

If never had a problem getting a room on or near Washington street. As long as you are willing to pay around $400.00/night you can get a room in Augusta. Even on short notice we've found rooms.

Dropping 315 a night for a quality inn in Augusta. Split 4 ways though it'll be manageable

Dude that'd be incredible.
Been trying to figure things out with multiple folks that already have tickets. Right now my plan looks like just buying a Tuesday ticket and going there and back in one day. Obviously if I had a Wednesday that would trump though.
