Her own friend wondered "Why would she be worried that we'd be mad at her?"

It's a messed up situation and we'll probably never know the full story, but I'm least likely to believe 2 witness accounts that the defense attorney had months to prepare and have them sign that are basically identical.
Her story has inaccuracies and I'm sure there's would have too had they actually interviewed the witnesses within 24 hours of the accusation. Instead we're left wondering why TPD and the girl's lawyer are given 2 different versions of why the case was delayed.

Her story has more than just a few inaccuracies. She told at least 3 different versions of what happened that night. Her friends story don't add up to her being black out drunk as she claims, and neither did the tox report.

It's all kinda crazy, the whole situation. It would be interesting to see the results if she took a lie detector test when it came to some of these discrepencies in her story.

Ok, I was under the impression that the date rape drugs didn't necessarily show up in toxicology results. I thought I heard Meggs refer to that yesterday. Also, I also thought I heard Meggs refer to the timeline of the alcohol test and that earlier in the evening she might have been intoxicated to a higher degree than what she was by the time she underwent the test.

As for this, I guess one could reasonably expect some odd statements from someone in the girl's position, maybe some sort of guilt for what happened? I dunno.
Let me reiterate, I am just trying to work through all this myself because some of this seems to just be hanging out there and I am trying to make some sort of sense out of it all. Not making any conclusions at all.

Just a question. But why must we assume that the friends of Jameis are less credible?
The fact that her report said this very friend was yelling to "Stop" the assault. When he admits he was trying to be INVOLVED in the sexual action.
If anything. She would have pressed for charges to brought on the guy there as well.
How does a guy go from..."Stop, dont rape her!" to "Can I join in the sex, let me record it"
Something doesnt add up there. And again....she left with Jameis.
If anything since there were 2 other guys there....wouldnt someone have stopped it.
Wouldnt they have dimed Jameis out because THEY wouldnt want to catch charges as well.
Her story just doesnt add up.
