I'm a Bruins fan. But I liked the Aves as a kid because Forsberg was my favorite player and I really wanted Bourque to win the cup after all the hard years he put in as a Bruin.

Stars

I was at the game Saturday when they shut out Pittsburgh. They really impressed me...that Jamie Benn is the real deal. I see them doing really well in the near future. Definitely a young team with a lot of potential.

Always enjoyed watching hockey but have never had a favorite team really until last year. I was stuck alone at O'hare airport for a layover and of course went to the bar for some drinks while I waited, it also happened to be the same night as last years Stanley cup finals. Next thing I know I'm drunk and cheering for the Blackhawks with all the locals and have been a fan since.

Even picked me up a Blackhawks shirt from a store in the airport before I boarded my flight.

I grew up in Colorado. Before they came I liked the Bruins for no particular reason. Now I dislike all things Boston.

That's what I keep telling anyone from Texas or Louisiana who are trying to get into hockey but don't follow a specific team yet. The team in Dallas has a core group of young players who are going to make them a very good team in the near future. The forward trio of Benn, Seguin, and Nichu are all under 24 years old and signed for a few years, so they will be a blast to watch grow up together. Them plus Kari is an above average tender (although streaky and will miss some time every year with nagging lower body injuries). If Dallas can add depth and defensive help, they'll be legit soon.

Watching Bruins/Habs on NHL Network. They just pulled Rask for the backup. Once you pull a goalie is he allowed to return?

Perfect explanation of rules and strategy for pulling the goalie (and other hockey info).

ETA: Watching Devils/Stars in OT....
...and Devils score as I type this. :
