NCAA medical committee recommendations include removal of marijuana from banned drug list

Whoa!

quote:

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — An NCAA medical committee wants to remove marijuana from the banned drug list and consider whether testing should be limited to performance-enhancing drugs. The legislation must still be introduced and approved by all three NCAA divisions. Administrators from Division II and Division III asked the committee to look into the marijuana issue and a final decision is expected this fall.

What I mean to say is, smoking a J and hanging in an appartment is far less risky than going out.

Furthermore, THC is better way to deal with aches and pains, in many instances, than prescription painkillers

If they don’t test for alcohol, they shouldn’t test for weed.

How about smoking a j and doing burnouts in your NIL purchased Dodge Charger?

It's legal in a significant portion of the country, so this is an obvious move.

Finally. I do a good bit of business with a cannabis company out of Louisiana. They supply Ark and MO with a ton of product.

I have no problem with marijuana, but this argument has never made sense to me. Coca plant and poppy plant also come from the earth, as do a bunch of other things that will kill you in quick order.

And if you pop 15 Tylenol you won't have a headache ever again.

More stupidity from the NCAA. You can’t smoke anything and be in peak physical condition much less weed.

So what about gummies and drinks and food?

Smoking isn't the most popular way of consumption anymore.

If you really think these athletes are just going to eat gummies to help them rest without pain I’ve got a bridge to sell you.

They take a lot of gummies. Who was the NBA player that had to get off the plane last year from them?

This isn't the 1990's. Smoking is far far less popular in legal states now. All about infused items.

The NBA is in the NCAA? And I didn’t know they allowed smoking on planes again all of the sudden. Your arguments are purely fantasy.

Yes, clearly. Since the NCAA is about to follow the NBA's guidance.

Yes, the world you live in is pure fantasy. You should join the real world sometime. Come up to my dispensary if you're ever in MO.
