If you're hitching your wagon to a team in the SEC in hoped to avoid penalties, Ole Miss may not have been the right choice.
Ole Miss's punishment: they have to play a full season with their own quarterback and not somebody else's headcase transfer.

NCAA needs to hurry up and punish us so we can finally get to the UNC penalties.

I vote for the death penalty.

Hudspeth will say "no comment" today at presser...

A couple of issues for me.
Apparently, this was limited to 2011. No one knew about it except for the one coach. I wonder why the coach suddenly stopped doing it after 2011.
ULL has denied the cash payments. But not because they say that they didn't happen, but because they say the NCAA didn't prove sufficiently that they did happen. Seems a strange tactic to take on it.

The NCAA has accused the UL football program of major recruiting-related rules violations, the school disclosed on Sunday following a public records request made by The Daily Advertiser on Thursday.
Is this about the University of Louisville or the school with the identity problem in Lafayette?

Does this with a potential New Orleans Bowl ban make Hudspeth start looking for another gig?

Has he ever stopped looking? I doubt anyone will go after him with his limited success and large buyout. His North Alabama scandal alone would be enough to make larger schools hesitant to fork over the cash for the buyout.

Looks like it is time for HUD to "TAPOUT"

I heard the punishment the Cajuns are facing is having to revert back to the University of Southwestern Louisiana.
That would be blessing..not a punishment
So true....the real punishment would be for them to be called LSU-Lafayette.

Does anyone else immediately judge any poster that laughs at their own post/joke?
