Yeah we know what you think. You've posted it twice in this thread. You also thought Boston was better than us so........

As if those are even remotely close to the same predictions. Hawks stand as much as a chance against the Cavs as Houston did against GSW. Hawks fans are the only ones who think it'll something more than what it is

how long do you think those "Brad Stevens is a great/top 5 coach" stories will die down before someone inevitably brings them back up? He hasn't won a single playoff series and he's around ~.460 winning percentage in his career and people wanted to crown his arse as the best coach behind Pop.

but role players and college!!111

Where do you see Hawks fans talking about beating Cleveland? They'll probably win, meanwhile, you're douching it up anytime anything Hawks is even talked about.

People say that all the time, but I feel like there are enough instances of the team coming off of game 7 coming into town and stealing game 1 for us to put that cliche aside.

I'd even say it's highly probable that Atlanta takes Game 1 in Cleveland because of the Cavs being "rusty", and the Cavs promptly winning the next four.

Dude, his "best player" was benched for Darren Collison. His other best player was a thrown in the Rondo deal.

Give him a top 25 player

Good series Boston. Was impressed with the Celtics effort even once it became clear they were overmatched. They refused to roll over during the last two blowouts.

They'll definitely be a franchise to watch as they head into the offseason. They've got a great foundation in place with a chance to add a major piece.

As an Atlanta fan, it's so satisfying to finally win a closeout game in Boston. Such a long torturous history vs. the Celtics in the playoffs, so even though this wasn't a classically great Celtics squad, this was still a cathartic win.

Bring on Cleveland!

You think the Celtics roster is loaded with 48 win/2nd round NBA playoff talent?

He thought they had a better team than Atlanta, so obviously Stevens was just out coached.

No, my prediction was based off how inconsistent the Hawks are and I started giving in to the Brad Stevens hype by this board, I should've stuck with my gut though. Obviously Atlanta has the better players.

Oh my bad. I thought I remember you posting something like "finally the better team is winning" or something like that in the game 3 playoff thread when Boston was up by 15 or so.

So your single you gave above is moreso based on just being upset with a failed prediction?

Fair enough.

This is what got Schroder so upset. Apparently, Thomas told him, "we'll meet you in the back" at the end of the game.
