net rating is a better judge of how good a team is than record. I went pretty far back and couldn't find many at all that made West playoffs with minus net rating.

Two in the 15 or so years plus. Ie very rare. Ie I was on the money about OKC. IN a normal year a team with a minus net rating doesn't make the west playoffs. This year is an anomaly.
