yeah Paul played a good bit of small ball 5 late in games, which is what kept Dwight on the bench. oddly enough, there was talk of Paul playing the 3 around this time last year when the Hawks had agreed to get Dwight and were still trying to get Horford to stay.

He didn't give Houston a meeting either. He was traded, not a UFA.
It could be as simple as the Clippers liked what they were getting back in assets from the Rockets more than what they'd back from the Spurs.
Probably CP3 wants someone he can push around a little bit too. James is no alpha that's for sure.
Did you hear the reports that James has been begging him to come to Houston for years? How does that make you feel?

Chris didnt choose to join up with Russell. He didn't choose to join up with kawhi. He didn't choose to join up with anybody. But james. He wanted to play with James so bad that he is leaving money on the table in the short term. James is the players MVP.
