Not really. They are 12-13 at home, much better than their road record.

They are usually one of the best teams at home in the league.

I still refuse to believe the spurs are done. They'll make the playoffs and I wouldn't want to face them then.

I have no idea what to expect from SA Just hope they're healthy so they'll have a decent shot, but I'll stop short of predicting us to come out of the West a third straight year. I just don't think that's going to happen with how raw the competition has been the past few years. They'll have to surprise me in that regard.

The thunder on the other hand. Amazed they aren't in playoff position yet. Though I'm also very surprised at what the suns are doing right now

PHX is good. I was kinda hoping they'd make the playoffs last year.

Well they are usually a better team, but I see what you're saying.

Yeah and one thing I sort of agree with Simmons and Zach Lowe on is that the refs don't seem to be as afraid to go against the home team as much anymore.

I think the 3 worst officiated games against the Grizz team I have seen this year were at home.

And I think this goes back to their other point that crowds just aren't as crazy/loyal as they once were. It's the StubHub era. Referees aren't afraid of business men and their clients.

Yeah, I don't expect SA to win the but they can definitely cause trouble in the 1st and 2nd rounds.

I haven't been able to watch the suns much this year but I think the last spot to be between them and the thunder. As much as I want the Pels to make the playoffs, with Holliday out for a while and Monty coaching, I just don't see it. If the thunder get in though, the western conference will be a crapshoot

I think there are plenty of loyal/crazy fanbases, but the league is also more corporate and visible than it once was. Ref crews that blatantly favor the home team will be quickly found out and roundly criticized/out of a job. So they make the tough calls these days out of necessity, home crowd histrionics be damned.

Yeah I was about to say that I thought the officials in those 3 games I mentioned should have needed a police escort to the leave the forum.

Especially against PHX a few weeks ago if the Grizz had lost after PHX was awarded a game tying lay up off a blatant Eric Bledsoe basket interference.

The original gif of that scene got so much play on the Spurs' boards during the WCF last year

I love how we all listen to BS Report.

As for the Spurs, Kawhi and Tony are just getting into the groove. The Spurs run IS coming soon.

Harden is going to win the MVP if the Rockets can right the ship. I'd let Smith play the 5 in stretches just to keep him close to the rim. Monti needs to play big too.

How about the Jeff Green DotN!

One of my favorite things on this site is how much so many Pels fans here hate Simmons still to this day for hating on the Tyreke contract and the Jrue trade

I go back and forth on this. The drop off with the Warriors when Curry goes off the floor is enormous, but at the same time Harden has been absolutely carrying Houston this season.

Already got him a nickname. Project Pat- Ghetty Green NSFW

If the Grizz do wrestling night for the Clippers next year I fear for the safety of the forum. Last night was peak Grindhouse.

so in all seriousness, will that record ever be broken? maybe tied, but will it ever be broken?

will a team ever even have the chance to break it with 18 games in a month? that record legitimately might last forever.

Miami won 17 games in March 2 years ago when they were on their ~27 game winning streak.

Unfortunately they lost against the bulls on March 27th though and finished the month 17-1.

I think that 17-0 is going to stand for a long time.
