Didn't you have a completely different prediction last week?

ETA: Oh, and, Zona, Okie St, Wichita St, and UNC

With as upset prone as, well, everyone has been sans Wichita State this season I honestly haven't. I need to see some brackets first.

ETA: But to appease you I think UF has to prove they can break through that Elite Eight wall before I'd put them in a Final Four. UofL lacks the post game. Virginia is as inconsistent as anyone else. Wichita State is literally the only team I'd feel comfortable from your list putting in a Final Four because of the experience they returned from last season. They don't get as much credit as they should because of their conference.

Michigan, Louisville, North Carolina, Duke

The ONLY reason Duke makes it is because they play Witchita St. in the regional final and get ALL the calls....

What's with the UVA love fest?

I suppose that win against 'Cuse was impressive... 'Cuse has been atrocious offensively for the better part of a month, though. Averaging just 58 PPG over their past nine games. UVA was the beneficiary of a very favorable schedule and can be prone to scoring droughts. Those droughts can really bury a team in the NCAA Tournament.

I'll do mine based on Lunardi's latest projections.

And no way in hell Wichita gets to the Final Four with that bracket.

Wisconsin
Kansas
Louisville
Florida

Florida over Kansas in the final.

Duke is another one of the teams I see getting bounced by an 11 seed

It's so stupid to try to guess a final four before a bracket comes out.. all four of the teams you pick could be in the same regional!

Never mentioned a thing about Wisconsin beating UVA. I understand teams are much different now than they are in November.

Good team? Yes, of course. No matter the conference, it takes a good team to do what UVA has. However, Wisconsin, they had a favorable conference schedule. Elite? I think that remains to be seen. A good, though not great conference schedule.

Love Tony Bennett. He would be my ideal successor Bo Ryan. However, the only tournament experience any of his kids have is being whacked by Florida in 2012.

UVA hasn't lost since January 13. I'd say they've been pretty consistent.

Final Four will be tough obviously as UVA simply can't match the talent of some other top teams. But given the mid majors that have made the final 4 recently, I'd say pure talent isn't a great indicator of Final 4 ability. What a talent detriment has shown is that it's almost impossible the win the NC without elite talent. UVA won't win it either, but a Final Four run is a possibility.

UVA, UF, Kansas, Syracuse. I'll only say Syracuse if Grant gets healthy before the tourney, otherwise I'll go with Wichita State.

I'm predicting UF will meet Cuse in the Sweet 16.

Probably after beating a team like Syracuse in the first round

Could just as easily be UF....I see UF as the classic example of a big school coming in that hasn't played anybody with a pulse in over 2 months that gets blasted by a small school with some real talent.

It seems to me that this year is more likely than any in a while to have a 1 go down in round 1. I could see that being UF, Witchita St, or Syracuse as 1 seeds.

Grant is nice and all, but he isn't near their biggest problem.

They literally suck offensively, and have for a month and a half now. No movement, no inside threat, no easy shots. If Cooney isn't shooting well, their whole offense relies on Fair hitting a step back jumper or Ennis driving to the rim.

They really just aren't THAT good. Not a top 10 team in the country, IMO.
