If Bama, Clemson, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, and Ohio State win out, including conference championship games, Oklahoma should get in over Ohio State. Ohio State has a 29 point loss to a team that will be 6-6 or 5-7. OU’s one loss would be to a good Texas team by 3 points.

Round 1 of CFP:
Bama vs OU
Clemson vs ND

Oklahoma's defense should be sent to Holiday Bowl.

OU would definitely get in over OSU. There wouldn’t even be a debate

I hope it doesn’t work out that way. I think Ohio State has a better chance to compete.

Uh Oklahoma isn’t beating Texas. Point is moot.

I'll be rooting for the Longhorns for the first time ever. I want Ohio State

There will definitely be debate, especially if Ohio State beats Michigan convincingly (looks like that is about to happen), dominates Northwestern, and OU barely gets by Texas in the Big 12 Championship in another no defense shootout.

Bama
Clemson
Notre Dame
Oklahoma

This is already set. Ohio St needs a miracle and its not happening.

0% chance UT beats OU twice. Only thing that can screw it up is if UGA beats Bama in a close game.

the problem is the committee has been shitting on Ohio St and penalizing them in the rankings. Meanwhile they've also been shitting on OU's defense, but have not actually penalized them in the rankings. And Texas will be right outside the top 10, Idk where Northwestern is ranked.

OSU loss is horrible. OU lost by 3 to a top 15 team, shouldn't be a debate

And if they win the Big 12 championship game, they would have beaten the team they lot to

An undefeated ND would deserve to be in, but I’d rather see this Ohio State team in the playoffs.

the lock of the year is OU over TX. The spread is already at 8.5 and thats not enough.

The revenge factor and OU pissed off is not a good combo. It wont be close

52-30 OU

The counter to that is OU is playing for a CFP spot and therefore may be tighter.

OU plays in a joke conference where they give up 50 points a game. The team they play in the B12 championship got hammered by a weak Maryland team. Forget the B12.

Something tells me ND is going to make this a moot point tonight by choking at USC. Game is a lot more dangerous than people think.

UGA is really firing on all cylinders now. Bama will have a dogfight to win SEC. Not sure what happens in that scenario (bama loss).

Texas would steamroll Maryland if they played now. It was a bad loss, but they're better now than they were at the start of the season, assuming a healthy Ehlinger.

But it's a moot point because OU is in if they beat Texas
