Regardless of who wins, it is clear that half the board was wrong.

These are the 2 best teams in the league. Not the Spurs, not the Thunder.

I don't disagree with this part.

Pretty strongly disagree with this part. There hasn't been a game decided by single digits yet and the average margin of victory is almost 20 points. For the most part these games have sucked.

There really hasn't been a close game all series. I'm not sure if it's just how the Warriors play because the WCF was that way too. But the 2013 Spurs-Heat series was 10x more entertaining than this one

The OKC-Warriors was the SEC Championship game like others have said.

This championship series has been terrible.

Ignoring the refs, every game has been a blow out. You could turn the game off at the 3rd quarter of every game because you know who won. There hasn't been a game decided in the last 30 seconds yet. This has been the worst NBA finals that has come to memory.

It is sad when the playoffs have become less about the quality of the game and more about the underlying "dramatic" story lines.

It is as if people are watching the finals like some sort of reality show and not as a basketball game.

Despite all of the blowouts the series overall score is dead even at 610-610.

It's often said that basketball is a game of runs. Maybe this is just an extreme example of that?

If by entertaining you mean a series of one-sided blowouts with virtually no drama in the last few minutes of any game, then yes this is really entertaining.

Average margin of victory has been 19 points, the closest game was an 11-point margin, yet both teams are tied at 610-610 a piece in total points up to this point. It has been one of the most evenly matched Finals despite no game being close, outside of Game 5 perhaps, if that makes any sense.

You could also argue tonight was close since the Warriors cut it to 7 with 8 minutes to go.

It's been about this for a long time. The best Finals in history have been the ones with the most compelling story lines.

As many have said the games have been awful.

The storylines are amazing. Draymond's dick obsession. Kevin love's disappearance. Steph's underwhelming finals performance again, culminating in last nights meltdown. Kyrie showing the world he is elite. The greatest regular season team of all time on the ropes.

And finally lebron taking back his crown from steph, as many had anointed him as the best basketball player in the world.

Total points being even means nothing in terms of overall entertainment of each game when the average margin of victory for all the games is almost 20 points.

Yes it's a crazy coincidence and I guess an interesting talking point that total points are even. To me that means nothing though.

Yeah I don't disagree about the games, but my point is that they're evenly matched to this point. A good game 7 will wipe out the blowouts up to this point.
