Starting look like VV will be dealt to Texas, Ranger brass had their top three or four scouts there to watch him last night? And Philly all schooled up on Texas farm after extensive study last summer for the Hamels deal.

Rivero is a bad arse with a 98 MPH heater and a wipeout slider. Numbers are bad this year because Dusty overused him to a ridiculous extent.
But Nats had to get a closer. Had to. And got one with Rivero + a lottery ticket. I like the deal.
