I don't think he is undervalued. If he were to retire today, then he would be a lock HOF at only 27 and starting pitching is often an accumulation game for the Hall. He is clearly a tier 1 pitcher with the four studs from the 90's, Walter Johnson, Christy Mathewson, etc.
