Why would he be done? Smoking weed doesn't screw up your body. He'll eat him about 10 large pizzas and be back to swimming in no time. He'll win 4 or more gold medals at the next Olympics

His DUI didn't tarnish his image at all, so if he just avoids any further embarrassing pictures or arrests, he should be fine. This will be forgotten long before the 2012 Olympics.
From the link, it seems as if this picture has been around for pretty much a month, and there has been very little publicity about it, so clearly his people have done a good job so far. Also, there is no definitive proof that he is the person in the photo, so he can't get into trouble with WADA or the USOC unless he fails a drug test.
