Will take the Pels 1st. NOLA could use a basketball title.

Lets add to this hypothetical. What if Lebron never won two in Miami?

Why should that matter? You think he wouldn't be my favorite player if he didn't win titles?

Pelicans Talk has adopted the practice of downvoting every c on z post and ignoring them. I suggest MSB do the same.

I didn't imply that at all.

You said you would pick a Pels title because "NOLA needs a title". What if Lebron needed a title also?

Cavs gonna cakewalk through the east with D Rose still being half of what he used to be

Cavs won't cakewalk through the east. And DRose is what he was, but he's getting pretty close.

And do people forget that the Bulls improved a lot this offseason regardless of DRose? Signed Pau Gasol which gives them Noah, Gasol, and Gibson down low. Noah and Gasol are 2 of the best passing bigs in the NBA. They drafted McBuckets, which is exactly the type of player they need. Also signed Mirotic, who is a 6'10 stretch 4 capable of being a 90/50/40 type of player. And you gotta think about how Jimmy Butler and Tony Snell will be improved. And Jimmy Butler is probably the best guy to guard LBJ.

Bulls got a lot better and it takes away a lot of the offensive load that DRose had to carry.

Cavs are still th favorites, no doubt. But it won't be a cakewalk.

I was being slightly sarcastic but the Bulls still aren't that scary. They have gotten better for sure but still aren't on the same level they were when they were the #1 seed two years in a row.

Pau Gasol finally gives them a slightly better offensive player than Carlos Boozer but yall trying to use Doug McDermott (a rookie) and Mirotic (a guy who has never played in the NBA) as other talking points is pretty funny. Those guys are unproven and are role players.

I assume this is a typo, but to the second part.. He is NO WHERE NEAR getting close to where he used to be. Dude sucked massive dick during the World Cup. He wont be a scrub, but wont be an MVP type of guy anymore. He will be a top 5 PG in the East though.

Also, TreyAnastio...

Stop talking bad about people following LeBron. You were one of those shite Cavs fans who cried about him leaving and said you hated him and would never forgive him and now that he is coming back you are back on his dick. YOU have no room to talk.

Everyone else can continue to hate though.

Lost 25 lbs of mass this summer.

Guess that happens when the NBA ups its testing standards for HGH.

Ya, I was pissed when he left.

Stayed a Cavs fan though. Not some pussy jumping from winner to winner.

That's nice, but who cares. Now you got more fans to talk Cavs basketball with. Instead all yall are doing is bitching about the influx of "fake" fans.

Cavs are stacked for the next 5 years. Just be happy brah.

How you could get any joy out of winning when you bounce around dependent on where the best player is, is beyond me.

Especially in basketball. It is a cop out because they will never know the meaning of a bad season, so also miss out the insane enjoyment that comes with your team making a playoff run.

I've been at Alabama for two national championships, but neither really compare to the WCF playoff run the Grizzlies made in my mind.

I don't dislike people for doing it and its not my place to judge those that do, it just feels like it removes part of the fun in being a fan.
