neither kelly or thomas have showed much
Kelly? No. But Thomas showed flashes last season even with a lameduck QB...

But they probably have their eye on DE if they do because they are set at every other position that is top 10 worthy.
maybe. Don't forget they traded for Darryl Tapp not to long ago. That gives them
Trent Cole, Darryl Tapp, Victor Abiamari, and Juqua Parker.

Yeah. He finally seemed to "get" it.

Thomas played well vs the Saints but i didnt hear his name the rest of the year

Yeah Thomas showed flashes last year, Kelly tore it up against the Chargers but that was about it. McNabb could be going to the Rams with the Skins first pick for Bradford.

I doubt it. The Rams seem pretty in love with Bradford. I doubt they wanna get a 34 year old qb.

That's 3 backups and one legit starter.
The Eagles have a well known need for a great DE. Abiamari can't stay healthy and isn't who they hoped he be with a top 2nd round pick.
Tapp is a pass rush specialist.
Parker is 6'2, 250 and plays hard, but he's nothing to cheer about.
Eagles are set at LT with Jason Peters.
QB they have Kolb.
They won't get high enough to snag Suh or McCoy.
Celek is a damn good TE and they already have Ingram as an athletic receiving guy behind him (plus TEs rarely go top 10).
I guess they could go safety, but Berry will probably be off the board. 10 seems too high for Earl Thomas.
Maybe they are eyeing Dez Bryant?
All this assuming they are even interested in getting a top 10 pick. This is a pretty deep draft, so they may do what they did a few years back and hold tight and take a guy with a 1st round grade that falls into the 2nd (Winston Justice).

Just saw this:
They're rumored to have interest in Fordham QB John Skelton.
It looks like the Eagles could be getting a permanent backup.

rotate these 2 and you don't have an issue. However, i agree of the positions you list DE seems by far the most likely.

I'm just spitballing.
Safety is an obvious need but I don't know that the value will be there... UNLESS.. Berry falls, like some believe he will.
Should be quite a few strong DEs left around the 9 or 10 spot, which is where they could move to by dealing their 1st and newly acquired 2nd (if they chipped in another pick/player they could go even higher).

It seems like the Browns have zeroed in on him.

So did David Garrard. Neither of the players deserved it.

My son just told me a few days ago that the Raiders were looking at McNabb. What the heck happened?
