I'm a huge McGregor fan but I'm a realist. He has zero chance of winning here.

Saying that, he has NOTHING to lose. No one expects him to win, this will be a monstrosity amount of publicity and money for him.

Saying all that, this will be another Pacquiao/Mayweahter where they will argue about money for 5 yeas but this will not come to an agreement.

McGregor won't win but it's not like Mayweather is going to knock him out. People will pay the $100 for ppv then Mayweather will dance around the ring and tap McGregor and beat him in a boring fight that goes the distance. Then people will complain about spending $100 when they did the same thing after the Pacquiao fight.

That's all good, but Dana isn't letting his Top Guy stepping anywhere near a boxing ring

Connor can basically retire from fighting and do whatever he wants after this fight. Smart on him

Mayweathers camp is saying Dana wants an 80/20 split of Mac's payout for the UFC

The crazy thing about the link to the sparring match, is that Mayweather doesn't go after people like that. He just sits back, covers his shoulders and counters.

Which makes him one of the all time greatest. Mayweather absolutely could go into a ring, and get all over someone...but that's not his style.

Not saying that you're insinuating it, but I love how people bash on Mayweather's fights as being 'boring.' The guy connects on a very high rate - he's a true boxer, not a brawler.

As for the McGregor thing...I don't follow UFC, but the little I've seen of him...I'd imagine he'll go into the ring, goes ball to the wall for the first four rounds, then wear himself out. His connect percentage will be > 25% against Floyd.

Watch his recent championship fight against Eddie Alvarez to win his second belt. He was precise and patient with his approach. His punches were efficient and the ones that connected did big damage.

There's always a chance that McGregor slips that one good punch in. His connect percentage can be 5%- he has power in that left hand. Being a southpaw is a benefit in this fight. He's a bigger person, and has the reach advantage. He is also great at his use of space.

Floyd will win this fight, but I'm not counting anything out.

FMM is undefeated. A guy who can't even box is not even remotely a threat. This is a sideshow. With that said, I'll watch...

Look i am not trying to pretend I am some expert when it comes to boxing. The guys record speaks for itself. I don't like his style of boxing. I get that he is very good at the style he uses. It is not in the least bit entertaining.

What I was getting at is, someone linked a sparring match where McGregor was getting pushed all around the ring. My point was, that is the complete opposite of Money's style. And while I think that he could definitely go after somone, I don't think that there is the least bit of a chance that he would change in one fight just to prove a point. He has no points left to prove, dude is undefeated. This is just a money grab.

McGregor is not Pacquiao. He has no shot in this fight. Any current boxer ranked in the top 25 could knock McGregor out or stop him in less than 5 rounds. This is a publicity stunt. McGregor has no chance vs a world class boxer like Mayweather. He is completely out of his league.

McGregor has a two inch reach advantage that he won't use if they do fight. Once he starts getting countered over his jab, if he throws them, the reach won't mean squat. I just don't see it. All these boxers talk shite before they fight Floyd but once they get in there and start getting peppered they basically stop swinging. If this fight happens I see Floyd winning basically every round.

Different galaxies. I just hope if this fight gets made a sucker thinks with his heart and not his brain and I win some money like I have with a few Floyd fights.
