That's such a stupid video... they're comparing training between a double ended striking bag and a heavy uppercut bag. Of course the speed is going to be fricking different, they are two completely different bags to train on. Floyd wouldn't work on speed as much on a heavy bag and McGregor wouldn't have as slow of a rhythm on a double ended striking bag.

Eggzactly. Winning is so far down the pecking order for Conor. Look at Ronda Rousey. She went from the greatest female MMA athlete of all time to pretty much irrelevant in 2 fights. McGregor is getting paid while he can, and in this fight, he has already won.
