Matt Ryan has actually outplayed Aaron Rodgers lately...

He still can't make the type of throws that Rodgers can.

He's been better than Rodgers all season. He just plays for the Falcons, who have been largely ignored by the national media for most of the year.

You'd still trade Ryan for Rodgers and not think twice about it.

Sure, but that has nothing do with Ryan being better in 2016 including the "run the table" stretch.

Stop moving the goalposts.

It's almost as if the people on this board have an unreasonable hate for the most valuable player in the league...

I don't hate the guy at all. Seems like a nice guy. Kind of a goober (Brees is guilty of this also), but nothing wrong with that.

He can't make the throws that Stafford can either...

We are faulting qbs for having good receivers now?

Getting to play the Saint's defense twice is an unfair advantage.

This article's title is about Jared Cook, but the article goes into a lot of detail on Rodgers. Matty Ice couldn't dream of doing any of this:

Oh come on, he absolutely lit it up in the games he played without Julio...plus Rodgers had good WRs too. Jordy, Cobb, and Adams are a stout trio.

Sanu is solid but who is the other "stud" you are talking about? Taylor Gabriel? Aldrich Robinson? Lavene Toilolo? Nelson, Adams, Cobb is an objectively better unit than what the Falcons have.

It helps to have a running game to take the pressure off.

Ryan had the better season. Rodgers is still the better QB.

yeah everyone knows matt was better all season. The new narrative is that rodgers' current streak was out of this world ridiculous, when in reality ryan has been just as good, if not better (in just the streak games).
