weigh in
Not the fight everyone wanted, but still very enjoyable to watch Pacquiao fight any time. Clottey is an excellent fighter; the former IBF Welterwelt champ with a 35-3 record.

Decent fight but I am disappointed he wouldn't man up and agree to terms with Mayweather... That's what we all really wanna see.

If Manny has nothing to hide, just submit to the tests and wear him out. Obviously, Pacquiao is A.) Hiding something or B.) Scared to fight him. It's either one of those two, or even both

Nah. Manny coasts to an easy decision, but doesnt KO him. Clottey is one of the best defensive fighters in the world and has a granite chin. The only thing that holds him back from being elite is that his punches are too slow.
Manny wins an easy UD, winning 9 rounds are so. But Clottey impresses the shite out of the casual fans when they seem him smile and laugh at Manny throughout the fight everytime Manny lands a power punch.

Since when is Mayweathers camp in charge of the fight? Thats what the boxing commision is for. Mayweather saw Manny beat Cotto like a child and take his best shots like it was nothing.

Not so much here. Manny punished this guy. I didnt see any smiling. He covered up most of the fight. Manny almost knocked him down with a shot to the shoulder!
This fight will make Mayweather more afraid of Manny than ever now.

I KNEW Clottey would be defensive the entire fight, but this was ridiculous. I thought he would occasionally flurry. Obviously he was satisfied with just making it the distance. Very disappointing! He does have a good chin and has done the smiling thing in almost every one of his previous fights after back and forth exchanges, but youre right, he didnt do it this time. Ill eat crow on that prediction because I thought he'd at least give a little offensive effort and come out of the fight better off popularity-wise despite the loss.

This fight reminded me why I don't watch boxing anymore. Clottey was nowhere to be found in this fight. I feel asleep in the 4th.

Guarantee Mayweather will come in punching. He may be a little defensive, but he won't be in it to collect a check. He wants the title and ability to say he's never lost. He'll come out punching.

the entire card was about 3 hours of the worst display of boxing ever. even lampley and stewart were basically apologizing for how bad the fights were
