Wowza. That was "targeting" I guess...but man. That wasn't egregious

For the defenders safety. Don't lower your head, pretty clear.

Yeah it was. Stupid that it's an automatic ejection though.

Clearly it was targeting. Bosa knows the rules

If you got hit like that it could damage your chest, play safe it's not that hard.

He didn't even hit the qb hard. He's a tall DE who had to duck his head so as not to hit the qb up high. It's a travesty to get ejected for that.

lead with crown of the helment. Perfect definition of targeting whether it was intentional or not. Kick his arse out. His CFB career is over and he will be making millions next year

They will change the rule for next year. The NCAA can't have star players getting ejected so easily from big games.

Or break Bosa's neck. I guess that'll be what it takes for people to appreciate the rule.

This is my problem... Give him a penalty...sure...but eject him?

That hit was not worthy of an ejection.

Exactly. I don't care about the flag, kicking the player out is so dumb though

By the letter of the law, it was certainly targeting. But that may have been the tamest targeting call I've ever seen

I do agree more with the player safety aspect for the defender though.

We've had this rule for what, 3-4 years now? Learn the rule or risk getting ejected. Clear violation.

Let's start ejecting players for jumping offsides.
