Mixed voting amongst the 5a's

Why did Barbe vote for it?

Almost all of the privates voted no

Looks like the small publics voted yes

I heard the Hahnville coach on the radio. He was great. He was basically saying lace them up and let's play...it would be a shame not going play Jesuit, Brother Martin etc.

Natchitoches Central voted yes. They were in the damn 5A state championship in basketball last year

All 3 Ascension schools voted yes as did Central and South Lafourche....Thibodaux abstained apparently. What's the point of that?

ETA: Looks like Rummel also abstained while Shaw wasn't even present for the vote?
