LOL, any type of on the ball pressure and airline looks like Brooks Conrad trying to field a groundball in the play-offs.

I sadly cannot disagree with that.

That 2A bracket is a little strange.
There are 4 District 7-2A teams in the playoffs between EHS, U-High, Dunham, and Redemptorist.
All of them are in the bottom half of the brackets, with U-High and Dunham playing each other in the first round.

I am really upset that the Top 28 isn't in Lafayette anymore, even worse, that its not centrally located.

For a second there it looked like Episcopal would get the 7 seed too. They almost were all in the same quarter of the bracket.

Lafayette is no more centrally located than Ruston is. If you want a central location, have it in Alexandria. I agree Ruston sucks for other reasons, though.

Uh Yeah it is. Ruston is in the top corner of the state. Louisiana is in the middle of 1-10 and not that far south of Alexandria. But I do agree that Alexandria would be a central location, but there ain't shite there worth hosting it.

Ruston is in N. Central LA. If you go due north from Laffy you hit Ruston. Shreveport and Monroe are 3.5-4 hours from Lafayette.
Lafayette is closer to the S. LA popoulation centers, which makes people down there happier, but it's no more centrally located than Ruston.

i guess if ruston is centrally located then maybe NOLA and BR should form their own state... they'd all have to watch West Monroe to see good football

Boys start tonight. Mostly in the NOLA area. Since tomorrow is Mardi Gras bud.
