You haven't watched much boxing if you've never seen or heard of a 10-8 round that had no knock downs.
Pac had one vs De La Hoya, Mayweather vs Gatti, Hopkins vs Kovalev...

I watched at a bar with the sound down and while I was surprised, it didn't seem as crazy to me as it struck many. 117-111, though?

I have an app that is a boxing score card. I scored the fight round by round and had it 117-111.
And round 9 was not even close to a 10-8 round.

Its not like we didn't just have a fight stopped by the ref without a choke out or tap, recently.
Bad decisions happen everywhere...not just boxing.

Yeah it was. Just because there was no knockdown doesn't mean you have to score it as 10-9

I can count the number of 10-8 rounds I have witnessed in my life without a knockdown on one hand.
