but how?

Look, Im not arguing Manny didn't win. I was shocked at the decision myself. I only offer the suggestion that the incredibly one-side asskissing by Atlas(who I love) may have had a subconscious effect on our perception of the fight.

Do judges have access to that before they score a round?

Not sure why people keep supporting boxing.

It's always been the most corrupt, fixed, rigged, whatever sport in the world.

It's been heavily associated with organized crime for the past century. It's trivially easy to fix a boxing match given the nature of the subjective judging.

The fight was 3-3 after 6 and Atlas had it 5-1 Manny. I thought that was pretty outrageous.

It was at this point I realized Teddy was watching a different fight than I was.

One would think they're judges because they can closely see what is actually happening without having the data.

Me too, but I debated on whether to give the 10-8 9th without a knockdown. I thought it wa s probably 7 rounds to 5, maybe 8 to 4.

Teddy must have been keeping those stats.

Yea, those numbers are definitely off.

Pac prob should have won but it was a lot closer than Teddy acted like all night and some others are acting like afterwards.

No

Manny landed the cleaner, more accurate punches. He threw less and connected with more punches than horn did.

This was a no brainer. Terrible decision I had a feeling that would happen

Kinda hard to always press forward when the guy your fighting is a lot larger.

I watched at a bar with no sound, and you do have a point.

I thought Manny sealed the deal in the 9th, but before that it LOOKED (to my untrained eye)like a toss up.

All that being said, the decision was egregious. We were shocked.

Scoring that right 117-111 in favor of Horn seems almost impossible.

I think that did happen for some viewers. I scored 2 or 3 rounds differently than atlas.

I had 8 rounds to 4 for pac. Could have been 7-5 as well. I assumed that horn was fighting g in his hometown that if it were somewhat close he may get a draw. Wasn't expecting a decision in horns favor though

Manny won that fight. Boxing is a joke.

I can't stand Atlas' non-stop ranting during fights, so I always turn the volume down so I can't hear him (much): I still felt that Pacman easily won the fight. Mostly all the damage Horn did was with his head and elbows while lunging into Pacman. Horn didn't cover his head nor move his head much during the fight, and got plastered with head shots all match long.

If it weren't for the constant head butting which were acknowledged as such by the referee, then the match would've been even more one-sided towards Pacman....
