WTH? Spoken like a true Walmart bandwagon LSU fan.
Hey, I'll take Louisiana girls any day over Arizona or especially Canucks from Minnesota.....winters are harsh & the accents are horrible.

I am not a bandwagon LSU fan. I am an alumnus of LSU and never missed a home football game for five straight years.

La Tech does not have the girls that Arizona State and Minnesota have. But this is about football and in regards to football he made a mistake in going to La Tech over schools like Arizona State, Minnesota, Michigan, Tennessee, and Arkansas.

You're on some serious shite if you think LA Tech women come close to Arizona state chicks.

As a Marine who spent plenty of time in Arizona, I would say that the best Louisiana has to offer trumps the best ASU has to offer.

You know how I can tell you've never left the state and seen women in Arizona and California and Minnesota?

I wouldn't have chose Tech but the talent in Minnesota is not better than Louisiana but the state is a lot prettier.

I was able to walk through and see the new field house this weekend in Ruston.

It is fricking fine. The attention to detail is amazing and the quality is beyond believable. It is by no means the biggest...but the meeting rooms, break out rooms, food services rooms, training facilities, coaching offices, locker room.....all are 1st class.

The seating and club level....the club level is the best in the state. I question the positioning of the outside chairs in the club level...I think the architect made a mistake....but other than that, LaTech just opened the best fan club level seating in the state.

Got to see some prelim plans for the new pressbox and luxury suite seating on the west side. That addition will be amazing if they can come up with the money.

Even if that were true, the best that Louisiana has to offer does not reside in Ruston, LA

Don't know why LSU folks feel the need to shite on other state schools or other areas in the state. Congrats to La Tech and the kid.

no - raising the cash will be tough...If DAC cost $6MM then the pressbox - from endzone to endzone will cost $25MM.

good thing is that there is a massive waiting list for the club seats - so there is some demand for luxury seating.

Congrats to Willie and Tech fans. Nothing really matters until NSD though. I will say if you're a guy who doesn't care much for crazy night life and/or you want to leave a legacy at your school instead of being lost in the shuffle possibly, he made a good choice. Not everyone is cut out for major college football.

Admittedly I've never seen the new LaTech stadium but I have a hard time believing anything in there is on par with recent TS additions.

That looks nice but "best in the state" is quite a reach.
